Learning is a process of both human and animals can be seen in a simple learning process of living things is when their behavior based on experience change. English is one language that is widely used throughout the world and is an international language. English is very appropriate to be used as a second language.

According to Purbo (in Prihatna, 2005) the internet is basically a medium that is used to streamline the communication process that is connected through various applications such as Web, VoIP, E-mail. Meanwhile, according to Oetomo (2002) the internet is an abbreviation or abbreviation of the international network, which also defined as a very large computer network, were the computer network consists of several small networks connected to each other.
